Can I get an invoice for my company?

If you booked an apartment for business reasons, please let us know your company's billing address so that we can send you an invoice.

How do I get into the Apartment?

We offer automatic self-check-in to the apartment, meaning you can check in at your own convenience - no need for a key handover. You'll receive detailed information three days before you arrive with a video showing you exactly how to get into the apartment.

How can I watch TV?

You can watch live TV using the fire TV stick plugged into the back of the TV. Under "Source" on the TV select HDMI1 to start the fire TV menu and then select the app "Zattoo". Here you can select from a range of live TV channels.

Where can I find the access data to the Wifi?

You will receive the wifi access data on your check-in day by email or through your used booking channel by a message. In addition, you can find the access data on the wifi spot.

What shall I do if I have to cancel or change my booking?

Please note that any adjustments of your booking must be done over your booked platform. The cancellation conditions are stated on the platform.

What shall I do if anything is not working, broke or missing?

Please get in touch with us over your booked platform and send us a picture of the issue. We will take care of it and get in touch with you shortly.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are in general not allowed.

Is smoking allowed in the apartments?

No, please do not smoke in the apartments or in front of the building. There might be neighbors who are bothered by the smell. If you want to smoke, please go outside and a few steps away from the building.

Is it okay to invite some friends to the apartment?

Visits from friends are okay but note that parties are strictly forbidden at our apartments. In addition, we ask for the observance of the night's rest between 10 pm - 6 am.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Is an early check-in possible?

Check-in before 4pm is unfortunately not possible as the cleaners need time to prepare the apartment for your stay.

Is a late check-in possible?

Since we have a self-check-in system, you can check in at any time from 4pm.

Is a late check-out possible?

Since we have to prepare the apartment for the next guest it’s unfortunately not possible to check-out after 11 am.

How do I check-out?

For your check-out just close the windows, tidy up for our cleaners and close the door behind you. Our cleaners will check the apartments afterwards.

Whats provided?

Do I need to bring my own sheets/bedding/towels?

Sheets, bedding and towels are included.

Are bed linen/fork/spoons provided?

Everything is available in the listing, fully furnished and equipped.

Do I need to bring Toiletries?

Toiletries (shampoo etc) are available for you.

Do you provide parking spots near the apartment?

Individual apartments have a parking space near the apartment, but in general we do not provide parking. In most cases there are several options around the apartments where you can park on the street.
